Three Types of Classes
Ivrit b’Ivrit (Children) - Conversational Hebrew
Hebrew in Hebrew. Grouped by age; 3-6, 7-9, 10-12. Kids learn to speak and use their existing Hebrew with an Israeli teacher through games, music and stories. Great for Israeli children who no longer respond in Hebrew and for children new to Hebrew.
Ivrit b’Ivrit (Children) - Reading & Writing Hebrew
Hebrew in Hebrew. Grouped by age; 5-6, 7-9, 10-12. Kids learn their aleph bet, and to read and write using Israeli workbooks. The program is conducted in Hebrew. Children who are not fluent Hebrew speakers must also be enrolled in a Conversational Hebrew class.
Ivrit Family Class - Conversational Hebrew
Hebrew in Hebrew. Parents and children ages 2-5. Parent participation is required. Families learn Hebrew together through songs, games and/or stories. The class is less structured than the other Ivrit classes and is not curriculum based but is great fun. |
