San Diego Israelis - New to San Diego? - שאלות

I'm new to San Diego and I have questions about schools, areas to live, etc. How can I get in touch with other San Diego Israelis?

If you have young kids, consider joining the Kishkushim Mailing List and posting the questions you have.  Other Israeli moms are glad to help fill you in about area apartment, housing complexes, schools, etc.

There are several additional discussion forums in San Diego for Israelis as well.  Visit the forums page to see a full list.

While there are Israelis living in areas all over San Diego county, there are heavier concentrations living in UTC/La Jolla, Carmel Valley/Del Mar, Poway/Scripps Ranch and Rancho Bernardo.

San Diego Recreation Centers are available in almost every area of the City and they generally have quality after school and week-end programs, sports, etc.

Similarly, most areas have a local YMCA that offers programs and sports.   A YMCA typically also has a pool for summer use.
